3. How to file a warranty claim

3.1. Upon arrival of the product
First check and inspect the product packaging. If the packaging is seriously damaged, you can immediately refuse to receive the goods and contact the buyer immediately for processing.
Inspect and inspect each component of the product after unpacking and before assembly. If damage or tearing is found, please do not assemble the product and promptly send photos or videos of the problem and the packaging to the place of purchase or Sweekids official after-sales service: Support@sweekids.com

3.2. Products after use
You must provide your order number to verify your warranty. Submit your claim to the place of purchase for efficient and correct processing.
You must provide us with clear pictures or video of the alleged defect. If you refuse to send us the images we need to process your claim, we may assume that you are unable to substantiate your claim or that you have abandoned your claim.
sweekids warranty service enables you to repair your own products.

For defects in failed parts, we will ship replacement parts to you free of charge and provide you with the necessary installation or assembly instructions. You can replace parts yourself or through a third party, but we are not responsible for any labor costs incurred for replacement, nor are we responsible for the consequences of not following instructions.
Replacement parts may look slightly different than the one you purchased as some of our parts are hand finished. Replacement items are warranted until the end of the warranty period of the original replacement item or 30 days from the date you receive the replacement item.
If you ask us to replace an item that is out of warranty, you will pay the cost of the replacement part if we have it available at your local warehouse. Examples of these costs include handling, transportation, packaging and shipping charges and customs duties.
If we are unable to repair the defect in the product, we will replace the product or reimburse you for an amount equal to the purchase price you paid less any amounts directly attributable to your use prior to the discovery of the nonconformity.

4. Limitations on guaranteed transferability
The sweekids warranty applies only to the original purchaser. All subsequent owners of sweekids products purchase the product "AS IS". Any attempt to transfer any warranty in violation of this paragraph will void the warranty.

Since we cannot determine the authenticity or original condition of products sold through channels other than our official website, we are unable to provide warranty support for these products.
